What to do after you’ve signed up:
Step 1
Create Your Profile
After you complete registration, you will create a custom player profile based on the following:
- Age
- Gender
- Position
- Level of play
- Prior training experience
Step 2
Fitness Test
After you have completed your custom player profile, you will perform a few baseline fitness tests. Some of these tests include:
- Speed
- Agility
- Endurance
- Strength
Step 3
Generate Custom Routines
Now that you have completed your player and fitness profile, HockeyOT’s Routine Generator will provide a custom dryland training program that will greatly improve your on-ice performance.
